We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in understanding business needs and translating them into clear technical requirements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis to understand business objectives.

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, data models, and system requirements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Create and maintain detailed product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Work closely with development teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of product features.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.

  • Practical experience using JIRA for task and backlog management.

  • Knowledge of development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and AWS.

  • Experience in insurance, wealth management, or financial services is a plus.
